Gesundheitspraxis Löwen Center AG – everything under control with PRAXSYS
On the first floor of the Löwen Center in Lucerne is the Gesundheitspraxis Löwen Center AG. The organization offers a variety of therapy options, from physiotherapy to Pilates and fitness to massages. Naturopaths and kinesiologists also work at the Löwen Center. One of them is Sonja Krijnen-Rageth. She is a certified naturopath and kinesiologist and has been working at the Gesundheitspraxis Löwen Center AG for 20 years.

Since 2017, Sonja Krijnen-Rageth and her colleagues have been working with PRAXSYS. She chose PRAXSYS because she found her way around the software very quickly: "It is comprehensive and uncomplicated." The patient management system particularly impresses the therapist: "I can record my sessions with patients and write down how long I need and what I do." And she adds: "at the end, when I want to bill, a good billing program is included. One click and the program shows me the patient's bill. I can print it and send it by mail or also send it directly to the customer by email." The second advantage for Ms. Krijnen-Rageth is that she can access patient data not only in the practice but also from home: "The PRAXSYS system is a very mobile program." Thanks to PRAXSYS, Sonja Krijnen-Rageth has more joy in administration again. "It made the administrative work, which I like less, much easier for me," she says in conclusion.
